EASY RETURNS – SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE

At Emilie’s Boutique, we want you to feel completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and stress-free return process to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

RETURN WINDOW

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be shipped back within 30 days after delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All tags and hygiene liners must still be attached

Unfortunately, returns sent after 30 days cannot be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back to the sender address shown on the package, as this is not our return facility.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was received
  • There was an issue caused by our team

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has arrived and passed inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary
  • Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds usually appear within 1–3 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with the hygiene liner fully attached.

Items without hygiene protection cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
